Why the running seconds hand isn't ticking.

It's a quartz movement

@xwatchwiselyx well quartz or mechanical has nothing to do with the seconds hand ticking or swiping but it has to move otherwise it's a fake hand and not connected to the movement.

​@mahmoudghoneim8004 are you talking about the chronograph seconds hand? The small hand on the right is the minute hand the small hand on the left is hour and small in the bottom is seconds, you need to press the top button to start it
