I had ordered 4 books and cancelled 1 book but didn't refund my money of 1 book and gave an excuse as money of that one book is adjusted in discount and free delivery. rubbish reason. I didn't understand how discount and free delivery is applicable to only one book that I cancelled and not distributed to all books i ordered. Anyways enjoy with that money atleast I can post here and aware everyone.

Sorry to say but please don't buy from Bookchor. I bought a new book recently and not only was the delivery extremely late from the promised date but also the book was damaged. When I reached out to the Bookchor customer service they asked me to send videos and images of the book via WhatsApp which was fine. But now when I am trying to contact them they are ghosting me and not answering the phone. I was really excited to buy books and support Indian online bookstores but sending damaged books and not replying is extremely bad customer service. Really disappointed with this kind of behaviour.
