Great box. I hope I get the same Pat McGrath and Iconic London pallets. I received that mascara a few months ago and I really like it. I hope I get the eye pencil in brown too. I already have the Truly Beauty rose body butter and love it.

Amazing luxe box! I had the flu last mth and was so sick that i and totally forgot to upgrade to luxe😂oh well maybe I will try the icon box when it comes up, those brushes look really nice and love anything pat mcgrath💖

That box is luxe, the last luxe. I imagine the new box will be very different. X has always been 10X better than luxe. This is a last ditch effort to not have to shut down.. why would they buy boxy, run them into the ground and then merge when they made it very clear they would be entirely seperate which was not at all true. Ive had all bags and boxes for almost 7 years and the best 18 months.. 14 of them I didnt get my choice or was sent a repeat. 11 months were consecutive. People that get PR do not have an authentic experience at all and its very misleading to people looking to sign up. Its L Y S Love Your Self. This box has great brands. Curious what the other variation of choices get that wasnt sent to PR. Nobody has ever recieved the Pat. Im over neutrals.. I like color. Out of 7 years I couldnt tell you 3 palettes ive recieved that I liked. The Anastasia from Boxy premium and not one from ipsy. . Thats out of hundreds of palettes. Never cool toned neutrals either.. I will do whites and greys but not once have I been sent cool tones. I would be over the moon with getting diff colors of gel eyeliners white, nude, orange, purple, green any besides brown, bronze, navy.. thats all we have been sent & the only ones im not interested in. I want color. They should have am option if you perfer neutrals or colorful.. or offer each and let us choose.

Sounds like you have been a long time customer and your overall experience has been disappointing! I'm so sorry for that, I would feel the same way if things were not as customisable. I do want colour too, so I agree with wanting more variety 🤍 I appreciate you taking the time to give me your knowledge on brands I'm new to, and for sharing your experience with me. You're right to say the PR/gifted experience is different to customers. I am hoping the merge brings better product choices for those purchasing though. Fingers crossed as the new month comes in, they said they would be allowing more choice of products. Time will tell if things improve as people will definitely review it. @@ColourfulIndian I do feel that ipsy is better when it comes to making the variations they give PR vs subs way more practical. Its just been rough. I love my boxes more than it sounds haha. I just want them to be consistant and own their mistakes when they are just that.. their mistakes that paying subs should not pay the price of. Sadly ipsy has been 10xs worse than boxy when it comes to anything colorful coming my way. I get all ipsy options and besides one time which was still very neutral for me- huda mauves (which I did fall in love with) in 7 yrs I cannot name another palette I have kept but most times its because I keep it on shadow rarely because I see the spoilers. Offer some colorful spring colors ipsy! Choice will be so nice and there wont be a bunch of filler items with the switch. It will be good. It has to or they wont make it.
