It's an 8-sided die, an octahedron. It's one of the platonic solids. You can find all sorts of weird shaped dice these days, this is one is pretty standard!

Hi I think the café thing you’re referring to are cupsleeve events and they’re hosted by fans. You sometimes have to rsvp and save your place but a lot of times you can just show up. For this merch you can buy on Weverse and the tickets inside are just for memories / keepsake. If you want to watch the BTS concert you can also buy the ticket on Weverse global.
