Thanks for your review and comparisons of Summer. She is cute but not one that I would add to my collection. The main reason is that I don’t collect GOTY. I like the historical line. I did love your styling of her in the different toned down colours. Your meet outfit idea is adorable. Nice job. 😃 I do love the Nanea face mould and I have Nanea and Ariel in my collection. ❤

I was super surprised by that as well. I expected very light skin. Particularly because of the reddish tone in her hair. But, maybe she has a bit of a summer tan! Thanks for watching!💖

I agree, it is interesting. They must not be getting the response to her that they expected. We collectors know there are a lot of conflicting opinions but I wonder if she isn't appealing to the younger crowd? I sort of wish I had waited for a better deal on her. A very fair assessment of Summer. She did look a LOT cuter in the meet outfit you would have picked for her. I don’t care for Summer, she looks far too young for my taste, but I think AG was wise to target the younger demographic. There are other dolls in the line that I can choose instead.

I think it is made well and I appreciate the sewing details. I'm just not big on bright colors in general. But, I'm thrilled that you love her outfit! I really liked the windowless boxes in the historical line way back when. I think it can definitely be classy if done correctly. I think the huge photo of Summer on the box is what cheapens it for me, not the missing window. I only like the window for that first peek! Thanks for watching! 💖
