As someone who has used both, I prefer the kitty controller more. It’s less than half the price, fits my hands,(I have small hands), and doesn’t have drift issues. The pro controller feels to big, and the texture is greasy almost? I don’t know how to properly explain it, but the kitty controller is just more comfortable to hold based on the texture. The extra buttons on the Pro controller are pretty useless because if muscle memory, and it had drift right out of the box. I would definitely recommend the kitty controller more, not just because of the cute aesthetic but the overall controller feels better and is much more affordable. Really the only downside of the kitty controller,( for me at least ), is it can’t turn on my switch lite which is just a minor inconvenience. :)

Shell swap. You’ll never have to worry about that. But also, when you use heat and immediately start smoothing you’re stretching out the skin. Which is why your second grip was so misaligned. The constant pushing stretched it out.

Instead of using a silicon tool or your fingers, I'd suggest using a small piece of soft fabric, it normally helps smooth out the air bubbles and everything way easier!

Don't worry I had the same problem but just kept using the silicon tool which really helped so thank you 👌👏. The skin isn't an exact fit so your not doing anything wrong as I also had to lift,heat up and stretch just a little & it worked.

If anyone is looking to get this controller it's $10 cheaper at Walmart and I recommend getting the 2 year protection program that's $6 in case you start to get drifting.

tip for anyone who needs it: instead of spending money on a silicon tool you’ll probably only use 2 or 3 times, just use a Q-tip. they work just as well.

I just got around to putting thumb grips on my pro controller, and I got ones that were specifically for it (or ps4 dualshock sticks) I can't imagine trying to put any of my joycon sized grips on they look so tiny in comparison and are already a snug fit 😭 I really like the additional size since it helps me with finer control (I also have small hands)

I have been gaming since I was 8 years old on the wii the ps1 etc and when I found out about the new Nintendo being so travel friendly when I was 18 I just had to get one. Let me tell you something. You really are great decorating stuff. I watched many videos to see tips on how to put these stickers and i noticed that not many got place the stickers nicely like you did . I got mine and when i placed the sticker it ended up pretty bad. Also i love your videos ;D

try heating the sticker a bit longer before even try smoothing it around those rounded edges on the controller, because as soon as you start pushing down and it starts really wrinkling it will be harder to smooth out. heat it up more first so its flexible as you smooth it!
