Hello, I stumbled upon your video and started watching it. At one point, you mentioned having a worried OCD, but didn't explain what OCD ? As a psychologist, I suggest being more careful when using such terminology. This is important because: a. It could be triggering for those who have OCD. b. OCD is a serious psychological disorder and shouldn't be used casually. c. Using such terms without context can erode empathy. My intention is to ensure that, especially if you have a wide following, you handle psychological disorders with care and avoid using them in casual conversation.
