For the umbrella and cloud, I believe that you are supposed to fill the cloud with water and then attach it to the tube. Then, squeeze the cloud and water should come out of the umbrella to look like rain. ❤

Sun Shine sprinkle, definitely. I'm more of a pastel and ombre lover. I love the way the water showed an ombre affect and the matching hat for the dog is preffect. I think that, for the cloud and umbrella thing. You can add water into the cloud, and then when you squeeze/press it, water comes out of the top of the umbrella. Making look like it raining 🌧.
