Cell looks fantastic! My only criticism is that the matte finish should've been used for the green portions and the black portions should've been given a slight gloss.

Everybody is praising Dragon Stars Cell and sure, he deserves it, but in my opinion SSJ3 Goku is also better than the Figuarts version sculptwise at least when it comes to the face, hair and bulk. I have to disagree with @Dstar01, if you really look at SSJ3 pictures (at least from the Buu saga) the hair looks more spiky, larger and thinner than the Figuarts version. Not adding those lines in the hair sculpt like the Dragon Stars version did does damage the fidelity to the design and I'm not fan of the color either.

Yeah, i think the Goku ss3 Dragonstars is better then the sh figuarts one as well. the sh version does look off, but it just goes to show that sh figuarts isnt necessarily always the be all end all. Cheaper versions can look better from time to time despite being low price.

There's an image from the manga of Super Saiyan Goku looking up at Perfect Cell. The dragon stars version of Perfect Cell definitely looks better than the S.H.Figuarts Perfect Cell when it comes to scale and sturdiness.

You can put the Instant Transmission all the way to his forehead because the sleeves rotate along with the shoulders It's just sometimes they get stuck and you have to put a little bit of force to free them from the plastic
