Unboxing EBL Batteries and Charger | Testing on Olight I3t/I5t

I just bought this charger but I'm confused. Once I inserted all eight batteries I notice the led red light flashes on and off every 10 seconds. Is this normal? Should it not be a solid red till green?

Just double checked mine. with 4 double A and 4 triple A inserted (8 batteries total) All led's go solid red while charging and once full they turn to solid green. I would see if its doing the same thing with less batteries inserted or try a different charging block to troubleshoot the blinking issue.
