They do not, and i repeat, do not care for their customers!!! If they truly did, they would want to make it up and fix everything. Yall are the ppl that has made it possible for him to be where he is right now! Its a damn shame...he doesnt care at all what so ever about any of his customers.

I am not surprised this happened, His customer service is none existent. I think they assemble the scoop box's in advance, and then grab one and chuck it into an order. My personal opinion is I dont think his stuff is made in the USA either. Love you Christine 🥰

Wow that's disgusting !!! They haven't even listened to what you are complaining about, like you say, just sending automated emails back to you. I can quite understand why you were pissed off now, especially when you have been such a loyal customer, really not the way to go. You would have thought they would have at least offered you something to apologise for THEIR mistake 😮

Enailcouture has wonderful products. I've seen some nightmare complaints about their customer service. I've only ordered them through amazon but honestly I've only ordered their gummy jelly and shine-e. Hey the only way they learn is if people stop giving their money to them but they bank on their popularity. For you, I'd say stop giving them money. They honestly don't care about you as a returning customer so why stay loyal? Well hopefully however you handle it, hope you won't have to deal with this every again. Love you!!! 💚💚💚

Awe dang, this sucks especially when it's our good hard earned money thinking you're going to get what was advertised but instead get screwed. this is what keeps me at a distance when it comes to scoops but I can't categorize every scooper to be a scammer lol
