Claus von Stauffenberg (1907-1944) was the Oberstleutnant in German army during WWII. In the spring of 1943, he was attacked by the P-40 Kittyhawk fighter bombers of the Desert Air Force in Tunisia and was seriously wounded, losing his left eye, his right hand and two fingers on his left hand.

Great video. At first glance, the head looks exactly like a recent release from Did. Unlike the Did version, however, this one captures him pre-injury in his desert uniform, which is definitely a plus. Count Stauffenberg was a truly elegant officer and Cruise was more than suited for the role. Really nice figure :)
