The journal by itself is $39, the bundle is $52, and the pins are $18, and that's not including tax & shipping of course. If you buy the journal and pins separate the total is $57 (without tax & shipping). If you're gonna do that I would just but the bundle. That's the smart thing to do. But in my opinion it is expensive.

i really want to get this for a present BUT, i will most likely rip out most of the interior pages and do my own, or redo some of the pages. Because it looks like theres stuff here from the show but it doesn't follow the shows description and placement of the pages, case and point: S01E09: Home, Dean pulls out the journal and says: Dean: Here, look at this. First Page, first sentence read that. Sam: 'I went to Missouri and I learned the truth' Dean: I always thought he meant the state. and we're both the type of fans that would want that as page 1. Thinking about grabbing it though and then adding everything from the shot from the show as closely as possible, and then filling in the rest with every other piece of lore from the show from season 1 to season 15.

Honestly I have to say I expected slightly more when I opened mine...typos and misspellings, as well as non-canonical info, is present throughout, and only the Wendigo pages are full/as seen in the show. The rest is very sparce, having only entries on exorcisms, wendigos, and a few sketch pages. There's nothing else. I was expecting this to be more like the Gravity Falls 3 Journal that Alex Hirsch released, with actual info on the show's lore and history. Even the "newspaper clippings" were tiny, and printed on cardboard as opposed to something more realistic. I'm happy with the one I got, but expected more for what I paid for it.

I agree with this. Just got one a couple months ago and was reading through it. That ì in “perditionìs” on the exorcism page bugs the heck out of me! What also bugs me is how they split “diabolica” into “dia bolica” the first time, and the random “V.” in the English translation. And yeah, I also didn’t enjoy the non-canonical stuff on the planner pages with those drawings and weird sentences and notes that didn’t make sense linguistically. I was expecting more pages like the Wendigo one, like about vampires and stuff, but I guess that’s the point of the Sam & Dean add-on pack they released. It feels really nice though!
