Beautiful color! I’ve been wanting a birkin or kelly in neutral color for long time too but my SA hasn’t offered me in few years 😞. The Hermes store I go to has such low inventory and it’s a smaller store, I pretty much gave up. I need to travel to get one!

Beautiful bag Charis!!! I guessed etoupe in your previous video but I personally like etain more!!! So question: did you purchase anything from the NYC store before getting offered the bag ? Or did you have to buy something the same day when you purchased the B? Do you mind sharing what they are? My understanding is you need to purchase some things at that new store to be offered a bag. Best if clothing or jewelry. It is almost impossible to get offered just by looking at your past purchasing history. Would love to hear more. Thank you.
