Sir, my new watch HK5 Hero doesn't charge in normal way, i have to reboot it before charging, secondly after fully charging, it is discharged in 5 to 10 minutes only. What can be the issue? Watch software or battery issue? Can you please reply. Thanks in advance.

Hello Watch 3 has better features, and Hk8 Pro Max has the best display and Ui. If you are more in to features, then I would recommend you to wait because Hello Watch 3 is not so stable at the moment! Or if you are fine without amoled then you can go for Hello Watch 2 or W69 Ultra Upgraded!

Wa Alaikum Assalam, This is neither the issue of the smartwatch nor the app. The issue is that, to save battery they added a new option which automatically disconnects Bluetooth calling when it is not used for some time, and it should auto-connect once you receive a call or open the music app! It does auto-connect when you open the music app, but sometimes fails to do that when you receive a call! On the other hand, yes it does have notification issues for some apps

About hello watch 3 (I would highly appreciate it if you can take some time reading this and send these requests to the devs of hello watch 3): Still the hk8 pro max is better than the Hello Watch 3... also, in my opinion the activity icon in the middle just sucks in the honeycomb menu style because it's not even in the middle of all the other icons.... if you look at the top icons near the bezels after you open the honeycomb menu style... you can see it because they are missing! Here are some more suggestions... 1.They need to make the app opening and app closing animation faster so it looks wayy smoother like the hk8 pro max! 2.They need to add a black screen from the app opening animation to when the app opens which fades in and fades out and lasts for a very short amount of time (This also concludes from when the app closes to the app closing animation). If we combine suggestions 1 and 2, the app opening time will be the same but it will look much smoother just like the hk8 pro max(It's a very small thing but the impact is very big)!!! 4. Don't show the app above the icon when quitting the app using the swipe gesture in honeycomb menu style 3. FIX ALL THE REMAINING BUGS I understand if they cannot make the smartwatch smoother since it doesn't have the latest and most advanced siche chip (all smartwatches with latest and most advanced siche chip are the smoothest even without the amoled display) BTW thanks soo much for keeping us updated with the Hello Watch 3! I bet you're getting a lot of money from the views you get in your Hello Watch 3 OTA update videos! Keep it up 🖤

I have only reviewed HW5, HK5 and P9 so far. And I would rank them as follows: HW5 (because it even has similar UI) HK5 (Since it has AMOLED display) P9 (In blue colour, the tachymeter does not resemble the original Huawei Watch Ultimate)

They introduced a feature to save the battery which disconnects bt calling a few seconds after you exit the app, and then reconnects again when any related feature is used! But looks like it needs a lot of optimisation!

Actually in China, there is always a trend. Currently all of the factories are mostly focusing on either Watch Ultra replica or Huawei Watch Ultimate replica! Thats why almost all of the round smartwatches you are seeing these days have the tachymeter!

Very nice watch. But I didn't see a single watch face in the app that I liked at all. And that's the problem I have with most of these watches. Some of them are so close to being great, but if the watch faces all look like they were made by a bunch of elementary school students with tons of crazy colors, or animals, or crazy designs, then I have no interest in wearing the watch. Hopefully they'll add some more in the future.
