Hello If you do not have the original cable (which has two ports: USB-A & Micro-USB), you can use the charging cable for old Samsung mobile phones (Micro-USB) or any adapter.

حاول تعمل اعادة تسغيل ( restart ) عن طريق تفريغ شحن السماعتين واعادة الشحن مرة اخرى Try restarting by discharging the two headphones And recharge again
