@@PrincessYonna1 yes it’s off most of the time ….. I use it a lot for school work and editing . The fan hardly comes on it’s when I’m exporting but when it does it goes off almost instantly when I’m done

got the intel version...the camera works around 10% of the time nowadays..tried all the recommended stuff using device manager etc (shows as disconnected)..can you suggest a solution? I just stopped short of resetting my pc cause i use it for work. it seems to work at random times, so i think its a software issue.
