First unboxing of my KISS Sidewinder!
A little video to show what are inside of your packet once your ordered a Sidewinder.
For information the MAV is sent only once you are certified.
The sidemount harness is not include in the package.

Exhaled gas passes through 1st scrubber before counterlung. Any moisture trap before scrubber?

KISS can supply one but it is not required. I flooded my loop and then dumped some water from the exhale side into the exhale canister. No noticeable change to WOB, I completed the dive and changed the sorb. On inspection, the exhale sorb was damp/wet, the counterlung was as normal, and the inhale side was bone dry.

Are you still diving with your KISS? The only rebreather diving videos are with JJCR, is it because you like it better? How about the difference in respiratory effort between KISS and JJCR? Does it breathe equally well both horizontally and vertically?

Hey :) no I don't dive my KISS anymore neither JJCCR! I had some issues with ear drum with complications and I can't dive that much anymore ;( But I can say that the breath is really awesome on both in any direction! Maybe JJ is a bit better head down! But if you don't dive in cave or in a lake but only open water from a boat I'll recommend to get an JJCCR without any hesitation.

@@RobinBaertschi Do you recommend JJCCR for its convenience in terms of preparation and transport or for the sensation of breathing? At the moment I don't dive in caves, but it seems to me that the kiss is more comfortable and lighter. I will try to get a Kiss to test)). Thank you so much for your advice.

First can you do it in OC? ;) For answer your question, I would say "No" with the base setup. It's a mCCR so you will be limited to 90m... Then yes you can go deeper but you need to change some little things... See ya! take care
