❤The rounds for the newer Dreamer Designs kit I'm finishing up now are indeed excellent. They are so snug that sometimes I even get that click-into-place sound we get from good squares. It is more subtle than with squares but pretty satisfying. I did choose a dreamy floral for this canvas and I'm surprised at how harsh it looks once the drills are layed down. Would like to know how to get that soft water color effect from a kit. That's still eluding me!❤

It's all about the rendering, and of course the art. You won't get the "soft" watercolor feel from Dreamer Designs or Diamond Art Club. Their rendering style is more harsh, with strong lines. But, you can get the soft feel from Ever Moment. ❤️

I started working on it this weekend, and I'm happy to say that I'm having a better time with the drills. 😁. I'll definitely do a full review once I'm finished. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment.

Tip on the older Dreamer Designs (or for that matter any other) canvas: hang it on a pant/skirt hanger for a day or two. I have Purple Tulips (an older design) which is also the thick canvas, and Seraphina (which is a bit newer) that is an entirely different type of material, similar to DAC. Purple Tulips was hung up for about two days and went flat. Seraphina just had to be rolled backwards.

Thanks for that tip. I'll give it a try. I've had this one on a table in our lounge, under some books (on the corners) and it seems to be lying mostly flat now. 😁
