I just ordered a new pair tonight! I ordered the Dr Marten waterproof Iowa boots. I can not wait to get them!!!!!! Ahhhh!! I have the same pair as you just got. The 1460 black docs. I’ve had them almost two years and I literally wear them every single day to work and I’m on my feet ALL day long (10-12 hours). My docs still have years and years of life left in them! I always say you get what you pay for. If you want good quality products you gotta spend the money.

oh and, Doc martens look like they have a Goodyear welt (A welt or stitching of the sole to the body of the shoe, but they just use the yellow stitching and heat welt the sole to the boot)

yeah i love that watch! it’s from freestyle watches, and it’s actually two different watches put together. this might be a little confusing but i’ll try my best to explain😂 so the actual face of the watch came from one of the shark clip watches, but the clip kept braking, so i ordered a separate shark leash band and put it on the shark clip face if that makes sense😂 i really recommend getting the leash though because it stays on a lot better, and it’s less likely to brake!

Should doc martens fit quite tight when u first get them because I’ve received some which don’t feel that tight and I’m wondering if I should get a smaller size. I heard that they expand when u wear them and break them in so is that why they are meant to be tight at the beginning! Please help! Xx

i think they probably should! when i got mine i thought they fit perfectly, but after wearing them a few times i realized they were too big:( i’ve heard that you are supposed to size down with docs, but i didn’t know this at the beginning!

always get a size down, they are half size big, jus ordered my 1490s yesterday i always go down, i have the jadons too (platform one), i wear a regular men sz 8, i get these in men's sz 7, if its a little big put in an insole n that should take up the room to fit comfortably....also wonder balsam godsend

i think you should try the 8’s! normally 8’s in regular shoes never fit, but these 9’s were actually a little bit too big on me! it’s always worth it to try different sizes to make sure you get the right one:)

@@ellie-jo Hello,and and Thanks for responding with advice about boot size. I have the same problem,9 is way to wide,and a U.S 8 is too small and would never work out. I contacted the U.S site for a return,and then I will (risk the 8) womens,I hope the patent leather will eventually stretch and the inside won't feel snug and my toes don't touch top . Wish I didn't have to wait even longer now for another pair.Keep your fingers crossed they work out ;) I know you must be loving your Doc's !They are really your first pair ever?! I found out that you have to order a size DOWN from your normal size!! Otherwise as they stretch, they can look even LARGER, than they should! I had to do this a few days ago! I had to exchang mine for a size smaller and now they work great!

MINK OIL, and that should help get them broken in within a week or so. Do them up LADDER STYLE. Any number of videos that can take you through the process. Kiwi polish. And take it from a life long wearer, AVOID BUYING THE STUPID F*KN NAFF BULLOCKS WITH THE STUPID ZIPPERS ON THEM. Do yourself a huge favour, don't waste your money. Those ain't even the real deal as far as I'm concerned. Enjoy your boots.
