OMG...I filmed this video as soon as I got back from the boutique and I am in SHOCK. Thank you all for supporting me through this journey, I really did not expect this to be happening so quickly 😭. I think I just really lucked out on who my SA is--it was just so fun chatting and shopping together that made this journey so....quick 😅. I still had to film one more hermes update video about some shoe purchases I made when I received this bag, so that's why I uploaded that one just before this one--sorry that the spacing of videos isn't ideal; this was just soooo unexpected! You have a fabulous SA. I shop at the SF boutique and have an SA who was new to the brand. I do not live in the city so my visits are not frequent. I do correspond with her when I see something or touch base with her on my wishes, but it’s difficult because the boutiques have no stock! You’re very fortunate to have a good SA but then again I’m not spending $10K in a month for a variety of items. I do buy RTW, shoes and jewelry but through out time. I’m in no rush to get a quota bag and think i may try when I go to Europe so it’s a more meaningful purchase. Good luck on your next items, and where this is good health.

Congratulation for your B30, that's amazing you have the matching twllies and rodeo! It's very true that to be a good H client is quite often more important than spending regarding acquiring QBs; H always love to have loyal clients who buy stuff regularly rather than clients only spend $$$ for getting QBs. Other than last few years of hype, H stuff do last a long time, rather than buying their goods as an investment, their quality is main thing I love them. Generally speaking, other non QBs are not considering as spending for QB. What is the next QB on your list? K25, C, exotics, SO....? :)

You're welcome, it's amazing be a part of your journey! B30 looks great with you and your style. For K25, there are quite a lot of colors for both white/light grey; white colors: Blanc, Beton, Craie, Nata, Blanc, Gris Pale, Mushroom; light grey colors: Gris Perle, Gris Mouette, Gris Asphalte, Vert Amande, Blue Glacier, but some colors seems to made for certain leather and certain years, you may need to check with your SA. Another thing is using white leather bag need to be quite cautious, you don't want to get dirty/color transfer and need to go to H-spa.... I'm no expert and hope this helps, good luck to your second QB :)@@Somidoshop

You are lucky to have a good SA ok....not all stores SA are like that. There are some that are very greedy and not friendly. Having said that, not that i do not respect them but they just have attitude problem. What if a SA told you, "if i need any stuff' just text her". Then when i texted asking if they have Bastia coin purse, no response at all. She told me she will not response immediately, ok fine, but that is weeks and she never response. I am not expecting them to have that in stock but isn't that manners to even reply? That is just your experience. Congrats on your handbag.

My advice: Change your SA. I started with a SA in Chicago cause that’s where I was living at the time, earlier this year, and I spent around 4.5 thousand in my very first purchase with her. I then, texted her days later asking if she had the H belt available in a certain color and never heard back. So it was clear to me that she was never gonna offer me anything given that she doesn’t even bother to reply. 2 months later, I moved to Orlando/Florida and with a pre spend of only 7.5 thousand and 3 months later, I was offered a beautiful kelly 28 by my SA who is simply amazing! He is sweet, kind and answers my messages right away. The only time he will not reply is when he is off, and even so, he will tell me he didn’t reply because he was off and apologize. So yeah, change your SA

I’m so sorry to hear that 😭😭 I recommend just popping into the boutique on another day and meeting another SA! I think you have to be quite lucky to match to the right SA on your first try, so don’t be afraid to meet a few more before deciding on who to share your journey with! You definitely have to be patient with responses and the journey in general, but once the right SA comes along you will always feel prioritized and helped 😊 Hoping you meet the perfect one soon!
