First of all, I want to apologize for uploading this a little late! But, I am here with another video, and this video is about the new audio product on the channel.
It is the 7.1 surround sound headset, named Cosmic Byte Equinox Neutrino. Soon I'd bring the video regarding the different between normal surround and 7.1 surround sound.

Okay, in the brief sense, you can understand the difference between normal stereo and 7.1 surround sound is that the stereo sound allows you to differentiate between the left and right but 7.1 surround is like a little superior, I mean, you can just identify the source of sound, ie from where it is coming and how far it is from you, that is why it is thought to be really useful.
I'd soon bring a video for this differentiation. For now, I just want to tell you that this is the third Cosmic Byte product, I have. Brother, and that case you got to contact Dolby or the Cosmic Byte customer care!

Or just try to make a review stating your problem on Microsoft store page for Dolby access application, they might reply you!

@lakshyakecomedycontent8562 answer to this is yes, you can check by firing some game or playing a multi-position video (like Dolby Atmos test) and check, you would be able to feel voices coming from directions but for Dolby Atmos level, you require Dolby Access app!
