Im about to receive the Daikin MC55VB, in the instructions it says dont hoover the HEPA Filter, on a youtube how to clean video from the company that makes these' it tells you to hoover the Hepa Filter' So can anyone say what we can or cant do for sure then lol.

The deodorising filter is not the hepa filter. The hepa filter is the big filter below the deodorising filter and has a ten year life approximately.

Your confusing the Hepa Filter with the deodorising filter lol please re edit. Its the Hepa filter that only needs to be changed roughly every 10 years

Plasma discharge- oxidizing the virus and bacteria, ok! And the air is circulated.. is it safe for living things?!! Like humans?
