Unfortunately the sword made by United Cutlery are not so high quality I thought. I have got Orcrist too, but the axis of the blade (I don't know the proper name in English) isn't straight, it is curved. In my Anduril two parts of hilt are fitted very badly, there is a gap between them.

The point of the sword is very pointy/sharp. The edge of the blade is dull. :)

420 J2 Stainless Steel to be precise. Unfortunately in order to get a battle ready high carbon steel version you are gonna have to sell your house in order to be able to pay Peter Lyon to make you one lol! The UC one is very nice though. I purchased one a few years ago and have only good things to say about it.

I have one sword in my possession that is spring steel and the quality difference is astronomical. But...there’s a reason most of these replica swords are less than 300 dollars I guess lol! Does this Sword is considered a short sword or a long sword?

I don't think that historical definition is relevant in this case. The sword doesn't feature a cruciform crossguard and the hilt makes it limited in terms of two-handed use. It is also an asymmetrical blade that isn't double-edged. The blade might be too short too.

@@lusorexponent382 I don't know since I haven't disassembled it and looked. If you want full tang, I assume you want to swing it around. This sword has no practical function. It's a replica and a wall-hanger. Nothing more and nothing less.

Hi there. No, it's not a "real" sword. It's still dangerous, though, since it is made of steel, and is very pointy. The edges are not sharp, though. It also requires a permit to buy and own.
