I ordered from this site on the 3rd of nov and still haven't received any of the plants ordered. They only give one message regarding the order id, and date of dispatch. It's very hard to get in contact with them. I asked them regarding the shipment process, they send me a picture of the delivery date and when the day came, there wasn't any calls or msgs regarding the order, and when I asked, they were giving all kinds of reasons. And to this day neither is my money or orders were given to me.

@@Dombeldore30 hello, they take some time for dispatch ,i received mine after 10+ days ,Do not worry they pack it safely but after receiving and while unboxing do make a full video in case if there 's any discrepancy or wrong item they ask to sent the video first ..Have contact with courier office of your pin code area
