I just got this same sword today. So I am glad I am not the only one who had trouble understanding the Katana's belt holder. But yeah, once you figure it out, it is super easy. Thanks for the visual aid! I plan to eventually get them all, but will take some time.

You’re wearing the katana upside down. It’s weird but Rengoku wears his katana where the hand guard is pointing up, not down. So the arc on the katana is actually facing down. But it doesn’t matter since he’s dea-

Its a bit confusing, but it has to be tight enough to where it wont slide out, but loose enough to where you can wiggle the scabbard out

Everything in the video was okay, but for the love of god and the sharp edge of the blade rotate the blade to face upwards. It damages the sharpness and its quite expensive to get it fixed if it gets dull and is overall a pain

Since this video was posted 5 mobths ago as of posting the comment I do not expect a response, but I do have a question. In your 5 months of owning this sword have you had any problems with rust

Its not a real sword, it is metal, however it is dull and has been in my room since I bought it except for halloween night lol, no problems at all, its good quality for $50 or so, its just not sharp. It’s made of good material though

To to add to this, since I just got mine today. This is a cosplay sword. This in made of a carbon steel like metal and wood as well as, my guess, imitation leather. All is it really for is decoration or as a cosplay weapon. As long as you keep it in a dry/controlled environment that is not humid you should never had problems with rust. If it gets wet, dry it and you should be fine. I can say for a fact that it is made of far better materials than those normal samurai swords sets that you can buy at some stores ect.
