I agree, it totally looks like someone used it then returned it. I would’ve sent it back too. Not only for safety but for that price… it better be new!

We haven’t but you can use it on the plane too. We just like to check it so less stuff.

Nordstrom has such an amazing, hassle free return policy. That’s where we got our Uppababy Vista. Bummer about the lost car seat and some of your other things. So annoying having to wait on the phone for hours to put in claims. Ugh! Hopefully you get your reimbursement for the lost/stolen items soon.
