Tried today both alpha trainer 5 and 6. I have a wide foot and the 6's were definitely more comfortable in the middle part of the shoe and on the toe. They have a lower profile than the 5, the air bubble is soft on both models. The mesh material on the 6 is thiner and more breathable for the summer days. The 5's will be a little more water resistant and suitable for colder weather in my opinion. Design wise the 6's look overall better in person. I would go half a size up for the 6. In my country they are on sale for 63 euros, same price as the 5's.

2 years ago I bought alpha trainer 4, I didn't like the next AT 5 generation. now that I've seen the 6 generation, I'm going to buy another pair of AT 4 for 55 euros... Thanks for the review, I agree that the previous ones are much better.. Hello from Bosnia 😊

I like the 4 more than the 5 too but i think the 6 is pretty clean. I plan to get a 6 and rotate between my AT 4 and AT 6 at the gym. the 5 was too silly looking for me

@@LazyTacoProductions what? the 5's actually look the best out of all of them in my opinion depending on the color scheme you get, these 6's just look way to plain for my taste.

@@chazslater3465 just my personal opinion. I like the 4 and 6 cuz the “plainness” makes them more neutral and versatile and easier to dress up imo. Same reason I like vans and air forces and Veja sneakers.

these are not good for wide feet. They are good for some "light" trainings, but not for hard ones...
