Mouse and keyboard is connected via Bluetooth to laptop or tab so i don’t think can be connected to a pc

why is mine like that? at first it was easy to connect but after several times it couldn't connect to my mouse, only the keyboard works, it's ok on other devices but why not only on the samsung tab, it was ok at first
