Taking a break from pouring today and found this while poking around in the side bar. I love these chunky pieces Like you I have a bunch of the 5 and 10 oz pieces. I love em and esp the 100 gram poured pieces. All great ! Even 7 years ago you knew silver was the way to go. You are the main reason I got at stacking silver hard. Having the stacks value basically double in the last year price wise was great for all of the stackers out there for sure eh. Take care eh.

My will just got crazy great for those involved. I may even get a new set of wheels eh. At just 65 years now I believe we will see it. Woohoo on us eh, LOL. The sides of the bars are totally awesome, it kinda has a similar look to the way fresh silver ingot as it's coming out of the ground, but in a 100% pure silver fashion.

Love the unique hammered finish on these bars... The next two silver bars I buy will be a Tombstone Nugget(either 10oz or 1 kilo), and a Scottsdale kit-kat bar(either 10oz or 20oz) Scottsdale seems to hold a good reputation over the years. They have some of the most desirable bars, from what I've read in the comments.

Ya but you teach me a lot cant stop but i have a target of 5000 oz was 1000'recently already at 2500 but focus only vintage poured so it will slow down hard to find great vintage at reasonable premiums a nd vs one of your videos you suggested 2-3 over spot so trying to average that i do appreciate all your education and time as i am sure all your subs do

I have a question got a few 5 oz's like these and want to order bigger ones from a dealer. I keep hearing scotsdale takes forever to ship, sells fakes, yada yada and ampex makes order mistakes alot. You have delt with alot of dealers so which are the best? Pros and cons?

Clay Mccartney Scottsdale does take forever to ship, but they surely don't sell fakes! They are the mint themselves. You will find fake Scottsdale products on eBay though. I have ordered through Apmex a lot and I have never had any problems with them. So if you want it fast I would suggest Apmex as you are not really going to find it anywhere else besides Scottsdale or Apmex.

Silver Slacker your videos sold me on tombstones. I use to do silver and gold eagles only. Now i just want to get bars. I like the look on some bullion nowdays. How long is a long time shipping with scotsdale and the others? Do they make you sign for delivery? I want my stuff not left on my porch and had a place leave a coin package once. If i wired alot i dont want to hear its lost. My daughter wants skulls after ur videos lol. So do my non silver friends. Are both free shipping? Clay Mccartney Scottsdale can take up to a month or so to ship out if you mail a check. Apmex takes about a week for a check, or the next day if you pay by credit card. I have always had to sign for all of my items from both companies. To get free shipping you have to order $500 with Scottsdale, or $99 through Apmex.

I was hoping someone would be able to give me the answer to this question. I've asked this on other videos but unfortunately all I got were bragging responses from people and no real answer. Why Apmex? Are there special deals that are not announced? I have compared their prices with several other websites and I have never really seen a lower price from them. That being said, their prices are usually within a dollar of their competitors but still.. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Kevin J I agree with you. Apmex is normally more expensive than other places for almost everything. I normally only order from them when they have something in stock that I can't find anywhere else. On these tombstone pieces, if I remember correctly they were about the same price on Apmex as the Mints own website. Here are the links with todays prices, and they are fairly close. www.apmex.com/product/84777/5-oz-silver-bar-tombstone-silver-nugget www.scottsdalesilver.com/store/product.php?productid=17557 So with prices that close I would still go with Apmex because Apmex ships fast with free shipping, and Scottsdale mint is notorious for taking about 6 weeks to ship the product. I hope that clears things up for you, but for main bullion dealers, I far prefer Provident Metals or JM Bullion.

My primary reference site for prices is Provident Metals but sadly, I mostly do window shopping and rarely get to buy anything. If I was to do my own unboxing video, well let's put it this way.. this message took longer to type than my unboxing, and I can type 80+ words per minute. lol To my surprise, I found a site that is better than Provident Metals on some items... bullionexchanges.com/ .. a word of caution, if they get your contact information a sales rep will call you EVERY month to see if you need anything.
