Can anyone tell me who the manufacturer is of the haunted living drummer. The gear on the one arm is broken and the other arm shorts out and effects the song. I have looked and looked and I was hoping on the instruction manual that I also didn't receive it will have the manufacturer or any information I could contact for replacement parts. The arms on my drum player do not move. I must be doing something wrong.

I just bought a floor model reaper drummer and those arms don't move either. I think the control box has a short too. Music is on part of the time.
