Very nice! I have been eyeing that "Something Wicked" to go along with the rest of my FS Bradbury collection for a while now. My last FS haul was maybe 6 months ago, and the standouts from that order were Pet Sematary, the newest version of Dracula, and The Neverending Story. That last one was simply stunning.

The Folio Society books are great. I bought a whole bunch of them about 20 years ago (including a beautiful complete set of Anthony Trollope). They seem recently to have concentrated on books as beautiful objects, but that are so nice I would be afraid to read them. Like the fabulous slip cases. The whole point of a slip case is to protect the book. But when the case is so nice, what are you gonna use to protect the case. Anyway, those are some really nice books. I would be tempted to get their editions of The Book of the New Sun, but it’s so much and I would still probably just reread my trade paperback. Oh well. I think my days of getting books as furniture are over.

Goodness, I've been eyeing those Dune editions (which I pronounce in a mix of both, honestly) but never got to buy them--as expensive as gorgeous, honestly. Nevertheless, I've been guilty of staring too long (or too short and impulse-buy) at some books, ha! Sadly, I missed Folio's special edition of Fahrenheit 451 by Bradbury D: I can't forgive myself missing on that one!

im not into folio society i buy a book cool although i thought they had a cool cover for man in the high castle and no matter what that book wont be sold on amazon so i never buy it..just sharing hhmm books arnt cheap $135 for some illustrations in book princess bride
