Don't know if you'd like them or had already played them but for some cozy/comfy games I'd recommend: Spiritfarer - Cozy grim reaper who takes care of people (included hugs) at their last moments (I think at their last moments - Im still playing it too 🤣) A Little to the Left - Cozy puzzle game to organize things in perfect OCD fashion Unboxing - Chill game of unpacking boxes and finding places for them (I want to play this) Slime Rancher - Take care of cute slimes, merge slimes to make them ultra adorable, and sell their byproduct (plorts aka I call them poop) to purchase upgrades and unlock more lands Hopefully you find one you like! I'm also seeking out cozy/comfy games too so I know the feel 🤣

Some comfy cozy games I've recently played is 1:Cult of the lamb If I were have to describe this game it would simply be a mix between animal crossing and a dungeon crawler. It has some nice little action that's simple and fun not very hard and then when you want a break from it you have your own little cult to take care of to build the cult that's like your town in animal crossing. 2:little nightmares 1&2 If you haven't played them it's a Simple puzzle/platformer in the art style of Tim Burton. 3:Abzu It's a simple diving game with gorgeous art work I hope these are somewhat helpful! ^-^

Unpacking is a recommended cozy game I see around a lot. Spiritfarer and Slime Rancher, too. I haven't played it yet, but it's on my wishlist. And it's so cool to see another person playing the Zero Escape trilogy! I recently got into it and I'm loving it so far. Since you also like visual novels, there are a lot of great choices on Steam including dating sim ones (if you're into that).

Congrats on your steam deck. One thing to note is to check if the l1 and r1 is registering correctly since on my deck the l1 isn't responsive when pressed on the corner while on my friend it stopped completely working. He had to take it back to the shop and one of the employee told him that it was a common problem same with the extra back buttons. As for a cpzy game try power wash simulator my friend os addicted to it.

What is your first impression of the Steamdeck? From a hardware perspective/gaming perspective. The design of your Steamdeck is stunning and a perfect match for your home. Undebatable! But I am so unsure of buying the Deck. I have the strong sense I will regret it immediately because its to heavy, too much tinkering for a handheld and the display looks kinda "meh"... but still it´s tempting

There were quite a lot of games that were not compatible to play on Steam Deck so you might want to check if you want to play specific games on it. But there is also a whole bunch of library of games you can play so I don’t really mind it to be honest. Games are a lot cheaper compared to other consoles too. I don’t think you’ll need a lot of tinkering, or at least for me personally. (I’m not the techiest person so I’m not too into tinkering softwares)

the only tinkering id consider doing is replacing the ssd card & memory card. other replacements/modifications arent as necessary off the bat (according to ur needs) as they r things that r for maintenance not for performance.

What is worrying me more is to get games running at a stable framerate + installing third party lunchers. i am spoiled by my Nintendo Switch I guess. Plug´n´play. @@mircoo.3064 Hi Micro O. Just for your information, a whole lot of games that are "not compatible" are actually very compatible. You just need to select the correct proton script (because it's a linux pc) for playing a game (just check youtube for customization on how to play games and how to select the correct game settings). I have about 140 games on steam and all of them are playable, without even tinkering with it. Maybe 2 or 3 games I've installed are not compatible. Oh and one suggestion, if you do get a Steam Deck get the 256 Gb one because the deck itself needs to install software on the internal memory itself and it cannot be changed to the micro sd card. Only games or windows can be installed on the sd card. I have had to do a factory reset because my internal memory was almost full (this is because of the scripts you need to download and to keep linux in desktop mode up to date, and 64 gb is just not enough memory).

For cozy gaming I suggest journey. It is on steam deck and is very relaxing. The whole game just you and an entire area and one other player, occasionally. I lost my buddy the first time. They fell and I failed to fall after them.🙃 Also what is your opinion on lego stickers. Just asking because I want to know if putting these stickers is any harder then a lego sticker. Edit: also do the extra accessories add to the weight?
