Thank you for sharing this. I am still waiting for mine, and I have been so curious to see what it actually looks like, so it was great to see the content. Now I am even more excited to receive it!! I am a bit envious that you got to see his live tour, as, unfortunately he didn't hold any shows anywhere close to my home town. I did see his movie, which was amazing, and I am so glad that he has released it on DVD.
