Hi I just saw your channel and noticed that you too bought the SWF embroidery machine and did not get instructions. I had to figure it out on my own because I did not get the video instruction promised to me while purchasing the machine and had to rely on those 2 minute videos. By the way the table top is upside down . The holes are where the foot stands sit inside. I too have made that mistake. The smooth side of the table is underneath and the rough side is on top. I would love some help with this machine. I have not used it much since I got it in October 2000. Did not get any help because my job would not allow me to go to Missouri to take classes during a pandemic.

I noticed that your Juki came in a single boxed delivery like my Juki did. I was super worried because my machine is computerized, and I have experience working at UPS and I am fully aware of the boxed tumbling all over in transit. Even though the Juki are packed I. Styrofoam they should at least be double boxed like most regular delivery packages are 👍🏽

Just purchased my SWF during Hoop Fest! Now I’m going through KZbin and watching all of the videos. I found an online manual and if it doesn’t come with the machine, I might get it printed and have holes punched through it so I can put it in a binder. Can you let me know what dimensions I need to plan for the table and machine in my craft room, please? I’m thinking I’m gonna have to put it on my large desk, but if I can keep it on the stand I’d much prefer that. Thanks!

Is there something in particular you are struggling with? The manual you receive is very light on instructions. I referred to their KZbin channel for guidance. Just search the SWF 12 NEEDLE and a ton of videos will come up. I hope this helps!

@@bridgetshelby211 Hi! I bought mine from sewing machines plus. Amber has a link to them as an affiliate so I’ll let you click hers, if that’s not who you’ve already bought it through, but if you go to the SWF MAS 12 Needle page, at the very bottom there’s links to download the manual and a pdf brochure. Honestly though, neither are very helpful. I was trying to order some bobbins and needles before my machine got here because even when you get them free with the machine, you’re gonna need more. This is my first multi needle and I knew the bobbins would be different than what my single needed, but I thought they used special needles as well. I think it can use the same regular needles I’ve been using though. The manual doesn’t even cover that - at least the one on SMP’s website. I’m so excited, but also so nervous and the lack of GOOD videos to watch makes me even more nervous. I told my hubby that I planned to make my own videos to help newbies out, once I know what I’m doing - although I plan to document my journey as well 😊 I was so excited to realize Amber has the same machine because I love watching her videos and she’s super helpful!

@@binghambliss4636 I was needing the measurements for the stand and the base of the machine so I can make sure the spot I have set aside for it was enough prior to it getting here. I’m really nervous about knowing which plugs go where and assembling it since I haven’t found any videos that go through that with good, up close details. I was able to find out what I needed to regarding the bobbins and needles and I did see someone else who just got their machine and saw the chords now look like they’re labeled, so hopefully I’m just feeling panicked about getting it out together correctly because of that. Thanks for offering to help! I can’t wait to see more tutorials from you using your SWF!! I already love your videos and watching them even convinced me to purchase a server, but that’s still sitting in the box 😂

Do you have any suggestions on my mas 12 control panel not powering up? I finally got it all assembled but can't use it because the tablet is not powering on. :( And of course there's no weekend suppoer.

That happened to me too! We just unplugged and re plugged in different spots and it powered on

@@binghambliss4636 You mean unplugged the whole machine or keep unplugging all the cables attached to the control box. It's so frustrating to spend $10K on something & no phone support on the weekends :(

Not the entire machine, just the cords attached to the monitor. There are multiple slots, so just keep plugging in and trying. Eventually it will power up
