When I was a kid, I loved the Japanese cards way more than English. They were NOT easy to come by and they were like triple the price. They were also years ahead of English. I remember getting Japanese Neo Gen packs and not know WTF was going on because I didn't know any of the Pokemon. When the NEO set came out in Japan, the majority of people in America didn't know about Gen 2 yet. Seems like nowadays nobody cares about old Japanese cards, but to me they hold the most nostalgia.

No, basically it's a 1-2 rate, of packs in general. Even though they are in a sealed box, they're still random packs so he could have gotten 0 holos or 60 holos and any number in between lol unfortunately
