The Receiver bit in the dual sense edge controller case is a casing for the end of the charging cable to attach to the controller, it has a lock on it so it can’t accidentally get disconnected.

Great video! I only got the normal PS5 Pro. This special edition looks awesome! Congrats that you were able to get one! Similar limited is the disc drive nowadays…I don’t understand why Sony doesn’t produce it anymore at the moment…maybe to push the digital gaming more…the scalpers couldn’t grab away so many if there were many. But I can wait. Got an additional internal 8TB SSD to never delete a downloaded game anymore. 😊 Have a great day👍🏻🍀

The box my pro came in was throw away recycle trash. 😂 The zippers on the Edge case are the same as a standard edge case with PS logo's. The thing you thought was a receiver is a Lock that holds the USB C cable in place on the controller so it can't be pulled out.

The Advanced control is exactly the same. Just different color. And the 1 thing bad about it. The rubber grips on the handles go bad and start to pull away from controller. The touch pad stays perfect

Well I mentioned several times in the video, I got it legitimately from PlayStation Direct for $1,000. I just got lucky. Sony sold out in like 12 seconds. Bought it on my phone browser. No botting or anything.
