I wanna see some cooking videos 😂I've seen this pan before though. It's definitely an IG pan lol. Knowing that you have to place the steam basket in there for steaming, I wonder if it's going to get scratched more. I would love to see an updated review after you've used it a few times.

Haha it is the IG pan for sure! I'll have to work on those cooking vidoes... lol I'm concerned about the steam basking scratching more as well since it seems so delicate. I'll definitely have to do an update after some use for sure.

i dont know why they would engineer the steamer to work with the pan while overlooking the possibility of it scratching the ceramic. They should hae considered that before pricing the pan at 145. A bit disappointing.
