@@Konngeman the Hollywood Bowl was finally issued on CD in 2016, and then there’s all the ones from the recent box sets as well.

Oh, man! I noticed that for the back cover of the HEY JUDE album (in the book) they used the capitol re-issue instead of the original Apple label. How was that overlooked??
