I was watching anothe jnboxing but couldnt tell if the translparent plastic had shades of blue like it was i the video. But it shows when you flip it around some facets are actually daeker blue, that is nice. But is it a lot lighter than the previous argis though? Thats kinda the first thjng that cam to mind, i knew they wouldnt make it out of glass or have multiple pieces attached to each facet because that has more potential that some coming off or broken during shipping. I wanted them to go woth the staine dglass theme but I was afraid if thry do its going to be lighter. I was crossing my finger the back mirror is a metal piece polished into a mirror finish, but Im just a little disappointed that it isnt. Also the dota2 logo which usually has that red colour is now holowed out. Imagien if the mirror is metal, even if its thiner, and it could be taken off and snap magnetically to the aegis. Then again this is probably the cheapest you can get an aegis for and just by its look in its casing it definitely looks sharper and over all better than the other coloured ones.

Production cost seems to be around 6.70$. at least that's what was written down as value for customs. That explains it I think.

@@shinigamigamingincYT do you have the previous years ones? Were the production cost more expensive? Because I've heard it's a solid metal allow but it certainly doesn't feel like it. The brass looking one has the abrasive marks that you'd see in a metal that isn't polished well, but this years kind of worn and aged look, clearly looks like a paint job like you'd see in plastic toy models. The cost to get it from the compendium is a lot lower than the previous years' though

@holohulolo it's the first time that I have seen the value stated on the box. It feels like metal, I would assume aluminium.

@@holohulolo the previous ones did actually feel like metal and were heavy. of course since it's alloy, it can be a mix of some shit metals. But if you compare it to what we have now, the new one certainly feels like a toy. still beautiful and cheap though

i got all collection ,ti5,ti6,ti7,ti8,ti9,ti11 and ti12 all when i knock can sound metal and very well made , got my ti13 today worst ever ,compare at metal around perimeter of the aegis look like rushing to made it 😂

exactly. you can actually hear the thunk of the metal when you knock the previous ones. This one sounds like you're knocking on a hard, good quality plastic. I thought people were complaining about it being lighter because of the holes in the middle..but now i understand that those were legit complaints. oh well, at least we paid only a few dollars for it so it's not that bad. still beautiful looking
