@@kreedkandel1867 ​ The noise is not that much in wet grinding, but it does make a little more noise when dry grinding. My cook burned the motor by not using it correctly, and when I contacted them, they created a pickup and sent a new base to me. That process took around 2 weeks, and their customer support was super helpful. So even if you've some problems, you're in good hands. Hope this helps. Thank you.
