Thanks for the vid, I've been looking for reviews on this board since I'm building on of my friends a keeb ( Because at the moment she isn't able to buy a decent one ) And this allowed me to see what I really needed to get for her keeb. Got the same board, I ordered a brass plate made for it and because of the new plate it’s now compatible with screw in stabilizers

I noticed you didn't poke holes for the PE Foam. Did you have to or did you just "stab" your switches straight in. Also, I heard PE foam can cause ESD. Did you use an antistatic PE foam mod?

Love the build! I heard there were issues fitting the PE foam between the silicone dampener and the PCB, where the switch pins weren't long enough to make contact. Is this true? Did the PE foam make a noticeable difference in sound for you?

The PE foam that I used from the packaging actually made it fit better than other PE foam that I had, I think it’s because it was thinner. And yes, the PE foam did make a difference, it had more of a poppy-feel when typing :) hope this helped 👍

for the pcb pe foam mod did you use the foam from the packaging? getting this board and worried abt getting the right foam ive head u want non conductive and anti static foam

I did use foam from the packaging :D and I haven't had any problems with it

Did you consider that the durocks V2 need to be clipped? Also, this board supports screw-in stabs, have you try them?

Realizing it now, it didn't necessarily need to be clipped. And yes, I did swap it out with screw-in stabilizers. Check out my updated video on that :D

Good evening, I would like to know what type of switch (Gateron 3pin, Gateron 5pin, Cherry MX, Outemu) is compatible with the Flesports MK870 keyboard, and I wanted to know if it has multimedia functions keys (like play, pause, stop, next, preview, volume up, volume down, mute) to operate the media player. Thanks

This keyboard has a South-facing, 5-pin hotswap PCB. I believe all switches that have 5 pins or less can fit this keyboard. As for the multimedia function keys, unfortunately it doesn't. But I haven't tried to program them in by using FL ESPORTS custom drivers, I usually don't trust drivers that aren't VIA or QMK. I hope this info helped, thanks for watching! :)
