yeah, and it is more about approach difference, not like look this phone clearly is better in details and so on, because it isn't fair, but more about that characther approach and seeing how google approaches things when itc omes to camera.

How does it manage skin tones? Samsung and Xiaomi usually brightens and smooths them out while apple tend to make them look sharp and show imperfections more.

XIaomi at least with the 13 pro doesn't smooth out :) (front cam does) See this video for that part ^^ kzbin.info/www/bejne/n4G9k4iIbciEd8U but I will however see if I can test it out properly! Need to get a model for it xD

The Xiaomi 13 pro in the Netherlands is €1,300 (a lot more than €1,000). The pixel at €509. The pixel is around the same price as the Poco F5 pro. Therefore, I think we need to be realistic about the cameras. The Xiaomi 13 pro is one of the most expensive flagships on the market in Europe and more than 2.5x the price of the pixel. I think the key to the pixel is point and shoot results for the majority of consumers who just do that and want a good consistent result. At the price point of €509 it definitely will have far superior camera quality than phones in the same price category like the Poco F5 pro for example. Anyway, looking forward to your comparison to see the different styles

That is also i clearly pointed out, the target is not going to be about a 1 to 1 comparison, it is about the differences in approach on how to process an imagine, that is the target

I think for many people that is the most important thing (how pictures of their loved ones come out). I know though it can be difficult to find people who are willing to pose for photos and have them posted online

Pixel vs Xiaomi 13 Pro, definitely different approaches to cameras so that will be interesting. Coral is the way, I like the exclusive Pixel colors as well.

Come on, you picked orange because you're Dutch. We all know that 🤣 The power button placement is on purpose because Google has their Data-Stealing-"Assistant" in the place of the power off. So they want you to click that button often. As for the iPixel itself...well, you already know what I think about it. I hate everything about it from the hardware to the software :P
