The final Jaws sequel has finally been released in 4K and I can not wait to watch it. I've always loved Jaws The Revenge and will always defend it. This is the brand new UK Exclusive Collector's Edition which is out next week. This is a gorgeous edition. Enjoy 🙂

Watched this at Banbury cinema in 1987. The opening sequence was brilliant. The score by M Small was amazing.

Really happy you like these editions, we build the UK specials especially for collectors & do try to get titles out that haven't been done before. Seeing these kind of positive reactions makes it all worthwhile. Keep an eye out for more UK designed special editions later this year for Black Phone and Last Night in Soho!

@@cgray8267 Oh Wow! Don't expect much Connor lol, they're both kinda - you love them or hate them. For me The Revenge is far more entertaining than the 3rd. But I honestly think they both look great on 4K. Jaws 3 will look ropey but if you stick the accompanying Blu Ray in, you'll see the huge difference.

Hi Nigel, This is my first viewing - unboxing of this edition & had to watch your unboxing in you being the huge Jaws fan, i did expect the first two movies getting this type of special treatment but not for the third or fourth movies , fantastic job all around from Universal. And yes i was so tempted getting part 3 & 4 in these editions, but will settle for the normal 4K releases with custom made slips, fine review Sir.

Great unboxing, Nige! I agree with you about the film, nowhere near as bad as people say it is. At the end of the day, you've got to suspend your disbelief for all of the Jaws films, including the first one. They're not exactly the most realistic portrayals of sharks! They're all fun films... well, except for Jaws 3 🤣

Really nicely put together package Nigel. We have HMV back in Dublin now but sadly their stock of 4k Collectors Editions is pretty poor so far. Their overall selection is starting to improve slowly. For the first 6 months they had no physical media at all. They're taking baby steps because they went tits up in Ireland twice but would welcome a little acceleration in fairness. Like yourself I buy mostly online but it's nice to physically shop sometimes. I hope you feel better soon mate. Look after yourself and by the way thanks for recommendation on Murder By Decree. Amazon had a 2 for 15 blu ray offer so picked it up that way and I really enjoyed it the other night. Really atmospheric and eerie and very reasonably priced! Get well soon ! Regards Alan

I am a bit late to the party for special edition releases(think i might be going through a wank late mid-life crisis).I stalled on the pre order for this and jaws 3 also ,bit gutted.However i did manage to pick Jaws 3 up from Amazon which i find rsther odd as i had previously attempted to order from them and it was sold out.Also jaws 3 is a great creature feature in its own right...Cracking content pal 👍

Hope you're feeling better. JTR isn't necessarily good but it is fun; the only part I really don't like is Sean on the boat at the beginning. Mario Van Peebles as Jake must be ace in 4K! I watched Jaws 3 again a few years ago and I kinda liked it but I did chuckle at the shark! Out of curiosity...... What DO you think is the worst film ever? I'd go with Boogie Nights.

Not the best film in the franchise but yeah I always enjoyed this one. Nice to have the original Theatrical ending on there too but what I’ve always missed is the TV cut of the film. A few years ago ITV4 used to show the TV cut regularly with its TV ending which is different to both the other endings. Sadly after the film came out on Blu-ray ITV4 switched to the standard video version on the disc but I do have a recording of the TV cut ending with its slightly different scenes. I think it’s also on KZbin so check it out if you’ve not seen it. 👍🏻
