For those who'd leave something like the art sealed... some of that plastic wrap is temperature sensitive, when exposed to heat it shrinks. Over the years it can shrink a bit more, squeezing and potentially damaging your collection. There are examples of this in the vinyl music album world. Probably better to remove that wrap, enjoy the item, then place it in an archival style plastic if you want to protect it.

Good to see you back! It's a really cool Collector's Edition. Such a time in the waiting for another huge zelda game, been playing it for a few hours and while I do still have to get used to the controls, it's been really fun, I love that they cranked the creative potential to 100.

LOL, as a Digimon & vintage Tamagotchi collector, I’ve taken my practice of opening those boxes along with my video game collection boxes. You take a regular knife you’d use at a meal & take the non-sharp side to lightly lift the cardboard flap of the box (thereby not damaging the cardboard flap). You should employ that method in your videos too, your collection will thank you. Also I got my copy of the Collectors Edition today from GameStop Canada.

I bought the original and the collector's edition. So excited that Target had it in stock. Got the LAST ONE! Best Buy didn't have ANY in stock when the store opened today. Thank goodness Target came through in the clutch. LOVE IT!

Do you know the 2 butter knife trick to open up the flaps? For collectors that want to open the box, it is the best way to not damage the outer box.

Love the box itself but super disappointed in the level of care the workers put into making sure the boxes stayed nice. Handed me my box and it was dented and had spots where it looks like a piece of tape or something got stuck to it and it ripped off part of the image.

I really don’t understand the obsession over the switch case and pro controller. It’s literally just a case with artwork and a controller with artwork, and both do the same thing as anything else that Nintendo’s already released. The big thing that a person wants is the Zelda collectors edition plus the Amiibo.
