I was impressed with Henning at IMTS. They are a third-generation family company that strives to meet customer needs with a more personal approach. Everyone at their booth was welcoming and eager to discuss how they could help provide industry solutions. They didn’t say, ‘We’re better than our competitors because of this or that.’ Instead, they asked, ‘What are your intended applications and budget?’ Those are the qualities that build strong, long-term industry relationships.

We made air-knives on all our conveyors to blow off small chips, all controlled by time relay solenoid valves. It prevents chips from going back under the conveyor belt and falling onto/in the coolant tank.

fpt also has water pressure adjustment on their large machines It's nice to have If there is no adjustment, there will be water 10 meters beyond the entire area when it runs on High Pressure, it empties approximately 500 liters at approximately 120 gallons per minute for example when you drill out a 10 inch hole but this is the first time I see it for smaller machines

That's cute 1000 psi , Got to see 10,000 psi added to an OKUMA captain with live tooling - Very little paint left inside the work area day 1 .

why did it need 10,000 psi? How did the Dublin coupler hold it? What were they machining?

i like that gold toolholder you guys have in the thumbnail. even think you should run with it and get a toolholder gold plated ( that thin electroplated kind ) or a tin coating ( Titanium nitride coating ) just for fun/the meme. it can even become titan's or barrys' golden holder xD

This puts me in mind of the monster MP-8. Which is a hammer. How do these compare price and warranty wise?

1k psi is far from the ~87k psi a waterjet cutter uses, but with a small nozzle, you can surely cut some softer materials with it.

The simplicity of it is cool but I have mine set up on my ycm where I have buttons set up for my 4 pressures so I can switch easier directly on the machine.

Can it be adapted to a HAAS that didn't come with TSC from the factory? I ordered it without after having worked many years on high pressure hydraulics and seeing how much trouble swivel fixtures are.

Nothing special here. Henning just paid Titan a ton of money to promote their stuff and tell everyone it’s the best.
