Yea you need to redeem it on EU and then after you start up the game and get then skin you can change your switch back to your region and it will work.

Yea if it's us you can just switch it to Europe in the setting.. really easy also a tip to get cheap games and block games (for America) you switch it to Europe and buy the game like a $30 games like $3
