The minis look really good! Only thing i'd have to say is i'm not sure about the value for money of these boxes for 20$ less than the main game you get 1 boss and 1 miniboss instead of 3 of each

I only want to buy one of them and I still can not decide. I love the tomb of giants, specially Nito as a boss. On the other hand, the painted world is more enticing, but I have never seen Priscilla as a boss. Each time I get to her I jump through the cliff.

I’m yet to play through either of them yet so I wouldn’t be able to suggest either one, but I would say the minis for Painted World are more varied, as tomb of giants mainly consist of skeletons

buy the older core set, these are a terrible value. you get 3x more bosses and the player boards are SIGNIFICANTLY better in the older set. Not even a question of how much of a step back the new player boards are

I've always wanted to buy these types of sets just to have them but I am so bad at painting I'd be too worried about ruining the models haha keep up the good work tho, love this channel!

Models look real good, although I wish they had more variety in models like the original ds3 core set. These feel more like expansions that happen to be stand alone rather than core sets when comparing it to the ds3 core set which has the 6 bosses and more basic unit variety. Have you seen the Elden Ring Board Game coming to kick starter from SFG? I like the dark souls trilogy a lot more than I did elden ring, but the models look really damn good. Would love to see a painting series of that, although they are so very much pricey.

It is expensive but it seems to have ALOT of content in the ER boardgame and the mini designs look very good as well. Will be very excited to jump onto that once it’s out
