I'm surprised by how good the battery life has been for the flip 6, honestly compared to the other flips I've owned in the past the flip 6 has been awesome, super happy with it.

WhatsApp does have a pop-up notification, you have to go to notifications then notification pop-up style and you can choose whether you want the notifications to show as brief or detailed, with the brief option you can choose what edge lighting style you want! @cynthialox491 it's really good actually, and when it charges you'll know how long it'll take, also with battery saver on it can last up to 24 hours (at least my phone did). I'm not sure if using the front screen uses more power but using it a lot (or for a long time in one setting) does make it heat up quicker.

Ive always been a samsung girlie and the rest of my family were Iphone lovers but i switched them onto Samsung and they havnt returned but it is totally like different worlds, like samsung Vs Apple are completely different, i dont think id be able to work an Iphone as ive never had one. You can change your messages app to be samsung messages instead of Google messages. I always change my default to Samsung messages. Just go into your settings to change it then group chats should work. The flips have never interested me but it looks cool! 😊

I got the pastel blue flip 6 as an upgrade to my flip 3, and the 6 is amazing and the best phone I've ever had. I got a clear case which shows special amazing things when you open the phone like moving dates and other fancy stuff. I also got the white Samsung 7 watch but do prefer black which wasn't an option.

You didn't take one of the steps in transferring phones. All apps will be properly uploaded with correct steps beforehand. Also, the corded approach would of saved time. All in all, it's fine. You can swap to Samsung msgs from Google, google isnt worth it imo. Apple makes it hard for you to get away from their company so as the days pass you'll be able to msg your Apple phone friends with ease. Hope you continue to enjoy this great phone.

I have the flip 5, you can absolutely do group chats through the Samsung messages and to use the themes. I don't use the google message at all. I primarily use the Samsung Message to do all my text messages and you can even sort out your messages to its own category and switch them when you want to see certain chat threads.

I just switched 4-5 days ago from iPhone 14 Pro Max to Galaxy zflip 6, I am LOVING it!! I've been an iPhone person since the 3 so this is an exciting but nerve wrecking change. However, I am not regretting my decision at all so far. I should be receiving my watch 7 as well, I was able to order mine with a silver band with trade-in for my Apple 4 watch, also added white buds3 to my order but won't be receiving them til 21 of August. I’ve had my iPhone 12 Pro Max for like 3 years and when I say it’s the worst phone I’ve ever had I mean that. From day one I could barely hear the other person on the line when in phone calls, it feels like that was the last thing on their mind. The UI and gestures SUCK. If I’m scrolling KZbin the slightest thumb twitch to the right refreshes my entire screen to the previous page. I can barely get six hours out of the charge and it’s too damn heavy in my hand. Not to mention trying to swipe back on some apps is impossible without 2 hands cause the width of the phone is so big. My flip 6 comes tomorrow tho and I’m so excited especially since I got the LED case and some holographic stickers to decorate!

They give you the option to switch from Samsung to Google Messages. You just have to head to settings then apps, find messages and select default messaging app next to Samsung.
