Unboxing the Sea-gull 6075… and an impromtu strap show

Nice Vario! What a dial! The Sea-gull seems like an elegant piece! Would slide under a cuff rather nicely! Its got just enough visual interest to not be boring and the strap seems well made. The brown Vario strap suits it better though! So does the vintage strap. Take care Chris!

If your after a, respectable, high quality "over-all" watch, for the cost, Sea-Gull's 6075 & 1963 are both fantastic in their respectful watch classes. Chase with a Vostok Amphibia 710059... that is a lot of watch, for few dollars.

Thanks for showing this nice Seagull. I really like this white dial version, looks definitely mid-century as you pointed out. The Vario GMT is super cool, have been seriously considering getting this blue dial version. But I came to the conclusion that, unfortunately, it's too expensive for what it is (to my taste and to my wallet).

Definitely good value, it is a smart looking watch that looks great on your wrist and that blue Vario 😎. I decided not to buy, because from past experience, watches over 38mm that are all dial look like a dinner plate on my 7¨ wrist.

Interesting you say that about dial size, when I started in the hobby, I favoured enormous watches but over time my taste changed towards smaller watches, my fave is 39mm… thanks for watching
